Lymph & Nidra - Where Yoga Nidra and Lymphatic Bodywork converge.

Lymph & Nidra

An invocation into profound deep rest, embodied wisdom and replenishment.

We invite you into a realm of self discovery through the science of Lymphatic Bodywork and the powerful mysticism of Yoga Nidra.

Guided by Tahlia from Heal Well & Senior Teacher Tash Pinter, this experience begins in the body.

Through gentle, supported fascial release for specific areas of tension, using simple positioning, gravity and time to invite the tissues to soften and unwind, breath and a full-body self-lymphatic sequence, Tahlia will guide you through simple yet potent ways to create space within the tissues, encourage fluid movement and reconnect you with the quiet rhythms of your body.

From there, we begin to draw inward.

Tash will guide you through Resting on the Throne - an undeniably subtle exploration of the masterful, time-tested ways we can gather ourselves from a sense of scatteredness and move towards greater steadiness.

Moving through Qigong, gentle Hatha and specific breath practices, we explore the living wisdom of the Himalayan masters - a methodical progression into stillness and an easeful transition towards Yoga Nidra - a gateway beyond the normative states of waking, dreaming and deep dreamless sleep.

An exploration of self-recalibration, transformation and the mystery that lies beyond.

No pushing.
No performing.
No needing to be anywhere other than exactly where you are.

An afternoon devoted to your body, your breath, your inner rhythms - and the art of coming home to stillness.

Leave feeling lighter. More spacious. More grounded. And perhaps a little quieter inside.

Come as you are. Leave with less to carry.

THE EXPERIENCE

This 2.5-hour immersion has been intentionally created as a journey from movement into stillness, body into being, and self into community.

1-2pm: Fascia Release + Full-Body Lymphatic Sequence with Tahlia

2-2.30pm: Mindful break

2.30pm - 3.30pm: Resting on the Throne with Tash

And when our practice is complete, we won't rush away. We'll share tea and have time to land, connect and simply be together.

Community and connection sit at the very heart of what both of us offer. In a world where so much of our learning, working and even connecting now happens through screens, creating spaces where we can gather in person feels more important than ever.

~

To move together.
To rest together.
To share a cup of tea.
To have a conversation with someone new.
To remember what it feels like to be in a room with other humans, without needing anything from one another.

This time together is as much a part of Lymph & Nidra as the practices themselves.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This immersion is for you if you've been feeling tired, heavy, stagnant, scattered, overstimulated or simply in need of some space to come back to yourself.

  • Perhaps your body has been asking for more movement and flow.

  • Perhaps your mind has been asking for quiet.

  • Perhaps you've been giving a lot and would simply like an afternoon where you don't have to.

  • Or perhaps you're feeling well and are curious to deepen your relationship with your body, lymphatic system, breath and the profound practice of Yoga Nidra.

You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need an established yoga practice.
You don't need any previous understanding of lymphatics.

All levels of experience and all genders are warmly welcomed.

Simply arrive as you are.

WHAT TO WEAR

Come dressed for comfort, movement and rest.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely through our Hatha and Qigong practices, while also allowing easy access to the body for your self-lymphatic sequence and fascia release.

Most importantly, wear something you feel completely at ease in.

Come comfortable. We're here to soften.
